Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope These terms and conditions govern the sales of photographs (digital files and prints) by the company GREAT AGE PHOTOGRAPHY – FZCO (Registered Office: Dubai, UAE) on the website carluccio.fr.

2. Prices Prices are indicated in Euros (€) or British Pounds (£) depending on the currency selected. Note: Customs duties or import taxes may be required by local authorities upon delivery of physical prints. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made via credit card (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). All transactions are secured and encrypted.

4. Delivery

  • Digital Files: Delivery of digital files is not instant. Each order is subject to manual validation by our team (anti-fraud verification and file preparation). The download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within a maximum of 48 hours.

  • Physical Prints: Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order process. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. GREAT AGE PHOTOGRAPHY – FZCO cannot be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Refund Policy) Given the nature of the products sold, legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply (in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and relevant European directives):

  • A. Digital Files: Given the digital nature of the products, the order is deemed final and binding once validated. The customer accepts that the supply of digital content begins before the end of the withdrawal period and expressly waives their right of withdrawal once the download link has been sent. No refunds will be possible once the file has been transmitted via email.

  • B. Physical Prints: Our prints are made to order and custom-made for each customer. Consequently, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or damage during transport.

  • C. Disputes (Damaged Product): If your print arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours at secretariat@carluccio.fr with photos of the package and the product. We will then proceed with a new shipment at our expense.

6. Intellectual Property The purchase of a photograph (digital or physical) does not confer any intellectual or commercial property rights. You are purchasing a right of use for a private setting (family circle). Any reproduction, commercial dissemination, or modification is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the author.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. However, if the customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, this clause does not deprive them of the protections granted by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
